Jaclynn Do, M.D.

Family Medicine

Dr. Jaclynn Do is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and a graduate of Rosalind Franklin University and Science - Chicago Medical School, Class of 2000. She completed her residency training at the University of California, Irvine.

She has a strong interest in lifelong learning and enjoys staying up to date with the latest developments in medical care and technology. Outside of medicine, Dr. Do enjoys swimming, reading, dancing, and traveling.

Our philosophy of care is rooted in a commitment to educating and counseling patients on the prevention of disease and illness, which we believe is fundamental to maintaining long-term health. We treat each patient as a whole person, addressing their emotional, psychosocial, and physical well-being.

At our practice, patients are encouraged to take an active role in their medical care, and every individual is treated with the utmost respect and compassion by Dr. Do and her entire team. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Do especially values the opportunity to care for multiple generations within the same family, fostering trusted, long-term relationships that often feel like an extension of our own.
